GrillBro is committed to processing and shipping your orders as quickly as possible. Here is all the information regarding the delivery of your products.

1. Delivery Area

We currently deliver to the following countries:

  • Portugal (including Madeira and Azores)
  • European Union (France, Spain, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy, etc.)
  • International: depending on availability at the time of order.

2. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Continental Portugal: 2 to 4 business days
  • Madeira / Azores: 5 to 8 business days
  • European Union: 5 to 10 business days
  • International: 10 to 20 business days

These times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and exceptional circumstances (strikes, bad weather, etc.).

4. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated and displayed during the order process, before validation. They vary according to the destination and the weight of the package.

5. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is shipped. You can track your package directly via the link provided.

6. Damaged or Lost Package

If your package is damaged upon receipt, we invite you to:

  • Refuse the package or make reservations with the carrier.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with supporting photos.

In case of a lost package, contact us at grillbrosupport@gmail.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

7. Delivery Address

Please carefully check your delivery address before confirming your order. GrillBro cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery errors due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
