Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&CS)
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&CS) govern all sales made on the website www.grilllbro.com by GrillBro. By placing an order, the customer unreservedly accepts these T&CS.

2. Products
GrillBro sells barbecue accessories and tools (grill brushes, cooking accessories, etc.). The essential characteristics of the products are described on each product page. Photographs are provided for informational purposes only and are not contractual.
3. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery charges. GrillBro reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one in force at the time of order validation.
4. Order
The order is validated after payment confirmation. A confirmation email is sent to the customer. GrillBro reserves the right to cancel any order in case of insufficient stock, obvious pricing error, or suspicion of fraud.
5. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon order. Accepted payment methods are those offered during the order process (credit card, etc.). Transactions are secured via Shopify Payments.
6. Delivery
Orders are shipped to the countries indicated during the order process. Delivery times are given for informational purposes. GrillBro cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or to force majeure events. For more details, consult our Delivery Policy.
7. Right of Withdrawal (EU)
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and Portuguese law, the consumer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties. To exercise this right, contact us at grillbrosupport@gmail.com. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
8. Returns and Refunds
Returned products must be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the return, via the original payment method. Consult our Refund Policy for more details.
9. Legal Guarantees
In accordance with European and Portuguese law, all products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects. In case of a defect, contact us at grillbrosupport@gmail.com.
10. Liability
GrillBro cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the products. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.
11. Dispute Resolution
In case of a dispute, the customer may resort to the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Failing an amicable resolution, Portuguese courts will have jurisdiction.
12. Applicable Law
These T&CS are subject to Portuguese law and the European regulations applicable to e-commerce.
